Richard John Kossler II has been a transportation attorney for the past 30 years. During this time, he has been extensively involved in the transportation industry, serving as both inside and outside general counsel to carriers, as well as representing carriers on specific legal issues. He has represented carriers, carriers’ insurance companies, freight forwarders, brokers, third party affiliated companies, owner-operators, van lines, and agents in all types of state and federal legal matters and issues. His years of experience have given him expertise in the most important legal issues facing transportation companies today.
